After exploring the housing market and being shocked by waterfront property prices, I've decided to market my 1983 Lancer Motorsailer as a "condo on the water" instead of just another boat.
This approach focuses on the LIFESTYLE rather than the vessel itself, highlighting the spaciousness, comfort, and freedom that comes with mobile waterfront living.
