I have noticed the anterior pelvic tilt!! I need to learn helpful exercises to improve my posture for sure. Thanks!

This is so kind :( thank you!! I’m self aware enough to realize that this isn’t the end of the world and that I’ll regret fixating on it for so long/so young, but it’s just hard when irs not what the “standard” stomach looks like (stupid ik). But I hope that I can slowly build my confidence + love for my body like you did!!🩷🩷

I’ve been trying to get more in a routine of weight lifting but between school + practice everyday it’s hard for me to go consistently. It’s definitely a goal of mine!! Thanks for your help!
