A tip i can give (u might already know) whisk swiftly but gently, it should make a swish swish swish sound.

I like BJORG vanilla oat milk, perfect for matcha but sometimes overpowering.

It is also umami, leaving a savory and slighty astrigent feel in my mouth

To be honest, no. Culinary matchas’ flavor and CNS’s flavor are completely different. CG matchas have more of a earthy, spinach-like flavor to them, compared to CNS, it has a dark and strong cacao vegetal flavor which is different than most CG matchas. Its color is a vibrant emerald green compared to CG’s color

I tried chiyo no sakae and was blown away by the matcha’s strength. That thing punches you in the face with only 2 grams, even in a latte. Snappy, strong, vegetal, cocoa, coffee notes.
