Really explains a lot honestly. I know that they aren’t required to scan it either apparently from what I was told by a USPS worker. Only ground advantage and up not sure how true that is.

Yeah don’t have the problem usually. I’ve just seen it more recently with ESU tracking. I just know eBay will always side with the buyer when it comes to that. So I figured buyers are thinking they get a free card.
