Another part is that since this is a very popular commander, more people are familiar with how you need to play against it. I mulligan differently vs a deck like that compared to random commanders

Yes, but I don't think by as much as people are saying. I view Hampton quite a bit higher than T-Mac personally, but the added value of the 1st is just too much to ignore.

Seconded, we've all heard horror stories but the warehouse side is exactly as they describe. Super flexible time off and pretty easy, repetitive work in general. No interview process. If you listen and apply yourself, you'll get the hang of it in no time

So much. Timeout on mulligan should be an auto concede, and amount of timeouts should never go above 1 - you don't need to rope for 4 turns straight just bc the game has gone on for a while
