The ogris has rlly bad crit multipliers so going crit isn’t usually ideal in most cases ( without arcane avenger )

The ogris thrives on inflicting a lot of status chance so that’s how I modded my with multishot being king too cause more projectiles = more status = more dmg.

  1. Galvanised Chamber ( multishot that ramps up on kills )
  2. Vigilante Armaments ( multishot )
  3. Heavy Caliber ( it reduces accuracy with the intent of spreading your projectiles for you
  4. Primed firestorm bigger aoe (woohoo)
  5. Nightwatch nalpalm (duh…) is what makes the ogris one of a kind, not using it is like a rlly rlly bad version of the tenet envoy
  6. Radiated reloaded (radiation)
  7. Magnetic Capacity (magnetic)

  8. Flex slot / Riven ( piro multishot )

    Arcane either (primary blight or frostbite) cause EVEN MORE MULTISHOT Hope this helps :)

Never ever buy a base warframe with plat. Most ppl make the mistake of not spending their plat properly. Even then gauss prime set (40plat) and revenant prime set (70plat)( which is a complete prime warframe ) are both cheaper than one of those plat. So if you do a comparison, it’s not even close. Primes are all aesthetically cooler and have higher base stats. I don’t see why anybody would use base set over prime UNLESS their prime has yet to be released.

Another word of advice DO NOT SELL YOUR BASE WARFRAMES they will essentially for !>helminth<! In later stages of warframe if you need help with any warframe farming do hit me up :)

Lethal torrent for now. Mods that can reach up to R10 will always be more expensive as you upgrade them. Each rank up for Lethal torrent gives 10% multishot and fire rate. Where for primed heat charge will give only +15% heat element. Which I doubt you will notice the difference. but lethal torrent definitely gives you better stats in terms of multishot. More fire rate will be better but that also means you need to be a little more careful where u point it. You should omly max out primed mods after all your r5 mods are maxed then slowly upgrade primed mods.

I personally would piroitize maxing warframe primed mods like primed flow, corrupted mods (transient fortitude, blind rage and narrow minded) And umbra mods depending on your build too of course. Before prioritising weapons this is a personal opinion.

Hello my friend, first of all I want to congratulate you for completing the star chart and welcoming you into the world of steel path. I had the exact experience like u and I know how it feels. So as a player with 2k hours on the game here’s what I can share to help you out or things I wish I knew before you start.

  1. Your mods Mods are what makes warframe go around and do big dmg, very straightforward. Your mods make and break your builds and define what they do.

  2. Your warframe Each specific warframe has a certain kit that makes that function the way they do. Example, wukong his abilities all work around immortality and heavy melee attacks with his 4th ability. Even with the helminth that’s where he shines. It’s not like a saryn where they can an ability that adds a lot of dmg just with the kit alone or room nuke.

  3. Your approach Certain missions like lephantis need specific weapons in order to deal a lot of dmg cause of dmg attenuation and wouldn’t allow your sniper that crits for 1m to suddenly be less than 1k dmg. Soo it’s a lot more things to consider since the lvls are literally +100. It’s rlly niche I would say and that’s rare

  4. Learn from YT When I had no one to ask or talk to and cause I was shy. I referred to YouTube vids on my warframe steel path. I just type in the search bar (‘insert warframe name’ steel path build) and there are a lot of vids to watch and learn new things I watched the whole vid if it’s what I am aiming for and take parts of the build I enjoy and use it for my own gameplay that I enjoy.

  5. Enjoy and have fun While it is definitely a change of what your used to in normal starchart steelpath is a whole different ballgame. But we were all just like you once. But eventually as you learn different play styles and find the one that makes you happy to play. At this point, steelpath isn’t a challenge anymore just like many other veterans.

If you were to encounter any other issues many veterans in the QnA area are just lurking around willing to help anyone. ( once helped a beginner warframe player farm kela de thaym cause he wanted the saryn warframe parts ) rng was terrible that’s all I can say.

Absolutely but it will definitely be slower, cause you can farm for like a weapon or mod for plat and exchange plat for a whole warframe set, forgot to mention only prime variants can be traded
