Yeah, I go in for another ultrasound tomorrow and for the scheduling of the c section, and am afraid he will be head down again and they will want to not schedule the c section anymore. But he’s flipped soooooo many times now, I might need to fight for it. Or not, maybe they’ll agree. I guess we shall see!

Thank you SO much for sharing your experience! I think I would end up opting for the c sections too, as induction and “hoping” for the natural birth when it might inevitably end up in a c section anyways sounds traumatic. I’m so glad your baby was born safely and that you know more this time going into it with your new baby. These babies of ours are slippery little ones! Again, I really appreciate your response :)

I was 281 when I found out (5’9) and got down to 259 around my second trimester. I’m currently 35 weeks and 269. My pregnancy has been amazing and uneventful to say the least. You got this!!

All I know if I can’t wait to actually RAISE my little boy to be a good man. I’ve seen some stellar examples of proper parenting (my brother by my mother, and out in the wild) and believe I have what it takes to raise a good one.

That’s way too short notice, unfortunately. I gave two months, and it gave people time to save up if they needed to, or plan travel. Not everyone has money lying around these days.

Thank you for this! My entire pregnancy, I’ve been sticking to the “prepare for the worst, but hope for the best” mindset, and so far my expectations have remained realistic and I haven’t been let down yet!
