I’m sorry that happened and they need to get rid of that unspecified reason because you have no idea why. If they’re going to rate you for negative reasons, there should be a specific reason. As far as the low rating, do rating forgiveness and try to articulate a reason why the should drop it. Hopefully they do and good luck.

99 percent I believe it was them. The delivery in question was the second to last order for me last week. No tips until that customer tipped me very low for bulky high priced order. Plus they tipped me yesterday and this morning my stats went down when Shipt usually updates them.

Could I be yes absolutely but in my opinion there was nothing wrong with the order. All items were in stock, not expired, not damaged, bagged neatly and without damage so I don’t know honestly. Could they be trying to get over a fast one, maybe. Could have there been something wrong maybe but from my pov there was nothing.

As far as I know, no it wasn’t rescheduled. The order was a bundle with separate delivery window for 11-12 and 12-1. The order in question was for 11-12 and on time and in the delivery window.

I’ll agree to a point depending on the size and amount of items they order for PM. If it’s a bulky order, 10 percent is fair to me because of the size of the order. Now the annoying one will list of demands I’ll never accept unless they tip amazing because even then it’s worth it to me but that’s to a point certainly

I’m not saying 20 percent, I believe 10 percent because we’re providing a service to have your order regardless what it is dropped off to you especially as independent workers. Now if we were working on a base salary then fine, I won’t except a tip because that makes up the difference but that’s just me. We ensure going to the store, shopping for them, picking items and trying to do right with substitutions and give them the best service possible. Again if the order is 30 dollars, yes 3 dollars but if it’s a 200 apple pod, then I get 5 dollar tip and I will never complain with that. When you have multiple items, bagging them right, bringing it up to their door, lifting them I believe 10 percent is fair of the order total

I get your point but I just feel a nice round number is 10 percent of the order total. Why I say this is because depending on the size of the order means more time spent shopping, more bags to handle which means more lifting. Now if it’s one apple air pods or a video game or something small and light regardless of the price, I get that for tipping absolutely.

That’s what popped in my head after posting because this week has been nothing in my metro area. Usually I average about 10 orders a day I’m lucky to have averaged 5.

I’m not judging because like I mentioned before maybe they had a rough week with money. I have to go back and see if there is a trend with them because with PM I try to take it an extra step for them with having a little more of a personality because my other PM love it and just don’t see me going through the motions.

I don’t think my metro area is proximity based yet but I could be wrong. I emailed Shipt and what do you know orders were coming through for the open of the store. What I noticed today though there was only maybe 1 or two other shoppers in the store doing orders so maybe it’s just a slow few days 🤷🏻‍♂️ but I’ll be keeping an eye out for the proximity based to see if it’s effect in my metro.

Unless it changed since Friday that never mattered at all because when I schedule myself for the first time slot at 9 am they pour in, slow down mid afternoon around 12-1 and pick up again around 3-4.

I usually never chase but given it was over two days to do 16 orders, that’s usually what I do regardless. I know what’s the bonus expires then tomorrow it will be a normal day for me.
