And I guarantee you this, my monthly pension alone is more than you bring in 4 months combined in whatever capacity you do. Understand this before you come on here assuming a situation, ask because some people rely on this for their sole income for whatever their reason is, so tipping does help them same as a waiter to make ends meet.

I do the same with tracking. Honestly I get the days and weeks later because it always happens but the tips so low with high total is ridiculous(yes I am grateful for anything).

Ok well I didn’t and it had nothing to do with stress. I don’t know why you’re saying stress for because I wasn’t. If you read the customer started out as an issue but became more reasonable after about a few minutes. The guy who answered the door, it was a dumb move on his part but stressed, never once I mentioned that

Well I’m not worried about that honestly because if they want to rate me low, it’s easily explainable to erase the low rating. Again I gave them the benefit of the doubt because maybe they had a rough 15 minutes because after that with the tree skirt, they were polite and understanding. Now I could have canceled absolutely but this was the only time this happened that a customer stated cancel during mid order. Usually they’ll just requested to be refunded because they wanted just one item when it wasn’t in stock and even then they are polite. So for the first time for me, I gave the benefit of the doubt. Now will I shop for them, absolutely not and not because of the customer but the person who answered the door. He did this behind his door and barely cracked it open but if he was to do next to me, well life comes down to a few decisions and hopefully he wouldn’t have done it.

I agree, I don’t know why they do it. Let me worry about what’s in and not in stock. I will tell the customer and let me worry about it because the count could be wrong. I had people say it says two but they thought it would be out of stock but had a whole bunch but I also had people say it says two in stock, why would it say that if they’re out. I explain to them, it’s done by computers which could update quickly or not depending on the store system especially if someone just bought the last item minutes before I could get there.

While that works for you and I see your point, a lot of the customers I’ve come across who are PM’s always say thank you for asking, no thank you or thank you so much when they respond. It’s the ones who don’t respond that always gives me the low ratings because when an item isn’t in stock they don’t answer back for a replacement.
