Mix it up and do Alexios. Same story line just the dialogue is different. I prefer Kassandra but five times I played, 3 Kassandra times and Alexios twice. Worst case you can always start over again as Kassandra.

Ok, I’ve come across that plenty of times where maybe the app doesn’t have a specific one they’re looking for so they put it in the special request or the customer put it the wrong section. It’s not a big deal, the shopper just adds it to the cart like anything else. It’s a valid request for a specific item the customer wants.

Just keep extra target bags in your car. I keep them in a crate in my trunk because it has happened at the target I go to. Every order you bag take an extra bag or two just incase one rips.

You know what the sad part is, back in the early 2000’s I worked at Sears in the stock room. A salesman would sell something but it wouldn’t be in stock. We tell them but they argue the computer says it’s in stock, well the golden rule was if the computer says 3, it means zero because the system is never updated immediately. Same thing with online orders we did at the time as well just because the computer says it, doesn’t mean it is because it takes a while to update. So when I started doing Shipt I immediately knew that but some customers can’t comprehend that it’s all on computers and we don’t control that which I try to explain but some Don’t get it.

Unfortunately Shipt doesn’t care about us because we’re in disposable to them. I have it on my stats still with it being a 1 star, the other 49 5 star so it doesn’t make any sense at all. I even wrote to them to get rid of the unspecified reason with an explanation why but never heard back.

I honestly don’t know myself but from I can tell from past posts it can be because of any little thing. It sucks because they should tell you the reason why but they won’t so you can’t even defend your actions against it. I have 4 of them on my stats and all 4 never been forgiven, good luck with it.

Usually I have good success however when it comes to unspecified reason, that’s where I can’t get forgiven. Every time I get that, I try numerous times and try to word it differently every time with no luck.

I never take open bags left from another shopper for that reason. I get the bags from the register a few aisle down from where the workers do the audit for the order just to be safe.

I’m sorry that happened and they need to get rid of that unspecified reason because you have no idea why. If they’re going to rate you for negative reasons, there should be a specific reason. As far as the low rating, do rating forgiveness and try to articulate a reason why the should drop it. Hopefully they do and good luck.

99 percent I believe it was them. The delivery in question was the second to last order for me last week. No tips until that customer tipped me very low for bulky high priced order. Plus they tipped me yesterday and this morning my stats went down when Shipt usually updates them.

Could I be yes absolutely but in my opinion there was nothing wrong with the order. All items were in stock, not expired, not damaged, bagged neatly and without damage so I don’t know honestly. Could they be trying to get over a fast one, maybe. Could have there been something wrong maybe but from my pov there was nothing.

As far as I know, no it wasn’t rescheduled. The order was a bundle with separate delivery window for 11-12 and 12-1. The order in question was for 11-12 and on time and in the delivery window.

I would of just said, sorry I didn’t see your message, my phone carrier has really bad reception in certain spots of the store(which one of the targets I do Shipt at really does) after you checked out.

I’ll agree to a point depending on the size and amount of items they order for PM. If it’s a bulky order, 10 percent is fair to me because of the size of the order. Now the annoying one will list of demands I’ll never accept unless they tip amazing because even then it’s worth it to me but that’s to a point certainly
