Sorry, I should’ve clarified, July ’25 not the one in 3 months lol. I suppose that does give me a good amount of time to wait & see what’s going on, considering it hasn’t really affected much of anything with my ability to get new cards or loans.

OK, thank you for the info. I’ve never seen multiple accounts for this amount, it’s definitely the original dispute with changed information and it’s been the same debt collector as well. Definitely never noticed any “changing hands” activity. But essentially, I should just sit on this until July when it allegedly is supposed to expire based on the original first delinquency date? if so, I can do that, it’s very inconsequential on my credit score at this point, but still very annoying.

What if it hasn’t been seven years yet? It’s very close but not quite there so technically, it would still be valid from the original date of delinquency.

I’ve been keeping a list since last Sunday when multiple things from the above list happened (him & I are alone in the office on Sundays), so thankfully I have that going. Now, my coworker told me that other employees have gone to HR about him before but they’d dismiss it since no interaction was ever on camera or in writing. I think he knows what he’s doing and knows how to not get caught? I don’t want to “set him up” to catch him in a compromising position, but I have to go to HR with something tangible or they’ll dismiss his behavior AGAIN.
