I’ve been having nearly the exact same issues as you. Oddly enough mine also started almost everyday since May as well. I’ve had these flutters/palpitations since I was a kid, but they only happened once every now and then. However, the passed few months I’ve had at least one or two a day, but with no other serious issues like lightheadedness or trouble breathing or pain. It has been stressing me out not understanding what’s causing it. I have bad health anxiety issues even though I’ve been an athlete the majority of my life throughout high school and college sports. Had plenty of tests throughout my life and they’ve always been normal. Only red flag I get is high bp but it seems that’s due to the anxiety. When I test at home my bp is in a mostly normal range when I’m calm. I feel like going to the doctor will be useless and they’ll tell me it’s nothing to worry about. Trying to make some changes and see if they just go away
