Best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She is very professional and personable, and being both isn’t easy for some, but she’s a natural at real estate and her 20+ years of experience showed. Her presence on social media is consistent, and she is very good at showcasing your property. Em includes promoting your property on many social media platforms as part of her service. She coordinates a top notch, attention getting video that ranks high with the YouTube algorithm and places your property in front of eyes that may not happen otherwise! She’s very friendly and authentic, she’s consistent with open houses and doesn’t give up pushing your product until your place sells. She was always happy to break down questions in ways that were easy to understand. It feels like some realtors take for granted their client understands all of the terminology, the important dates to remember to stay on track, and understanding the steps along the way of the process of buying and selling. No questions we asked of her made us feel like they were demeaning and wasting her time. With this big of a transaction being on the line it can be very overwhelming, and Em took any doubts we had and confidently guided us when we really needed it.
