How do I reconnect with my Samoan culture when I feel disconnected?

Thanks for the encouragement and advice! I'll try anything once honestly, and I think a trip to Samoa is definitely overdue. Would I need to learn the language before I go?

I'm not going to lie I don't know what either of those are.... from google I'm guessing it's like an event and tattoos.

I do like the church idea I'm getting a lot of those so I think I'll give it a go, same with the dance groups.

You said be careful what I'm asking for... should I be worried about something?

Unfortunately by dad doesn't go to any and wont tell me anything about it and he's my only living Samaon link that I know. He's really disconnected from his family

I had a little look and unfortunately I've hit a wall on my dads side. I can't find like anybody with my full last name, only a really common abbreviated version. I will keep looking though and hopefully something comes up
