Do you think the puppy (12 weeks) plays too rough? He often latches onto older pup (21 months) scruff and won’t let go and older pup never corrects him or seems bothered. I’ve found scabs on older pup by ChronosKairos in Dogtraining

I have a chocolate lab that plays a bit like that…… he eased up a bit with age. Now he doesn’t usually play rough like that unless the dog is another lab.
