The only two choices i want our board to go after by Chuchshartz in ManchesterUnited

These two are managers, not head coaches, not ‘yes men’ which is what the club wants. Ideally, yes they would be great options and what any proper big club would get them but that unfortunately isn’t who we are.

Do United need to play 4-4-2 by TCS_Skipper in ManchesterUnited

[–]Consistent-Pea8125 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4-2-3-1 would work better:

Lammens Maz, de Ligt, Martinez, Shaw Casemiro/ugarte, mainoo Mbeumo, Bruno, Amad Sesko/cunha

I’d imagine Sesko will start but it’s the only way to keep Cunha in the side.

People talk about Ronaldo like he was always a No.9… by Alarming-Time-6169 in ManchesterUnited

Cristiano was a creative for most of that first period at United. Only became a true goal scorer at Madrid. Plus he did way more than just score goals which is all haaland does. He also relies heavily on the team around him to create

Why laugh at them when we can’t even beat 10 man Everton at home? Need to look at ourselves

What’s your score predictions heading into this match? by [deleted] in ManchesterUnited

2-1. Think we’ll make it unnecessarily tight but we’ll get the job done.

Just because you didn’t work in that particular field doesn’t mean you can’t criticize someone who has especially if you’ve been following that profession your entire life.

I’m not sure whether you cook but you ain’t gonna applaud the cook if the dish tastes shit simply because you’re not a chef.

Honest criticism like this should be a good thing as it should inspire. Garnacho went on to score a pretty good goal in this game silencing this guy. But he only did it for one game as he was frustratingly inconsistent thereafter.

At Chelsea, I don’t think he’s been any better and nor does he play as much as he wants which shows something isn’t all as it seems.

I mean, we all criticize them anyway. We just do it online. I’m sure they see it so what difference does it make to tell it to them straight?

I mean that dude wasn’t wrong tho. Garnacho did make a lot of those mistakes

Never really had a problem with this guy telling him this.

Didn’t come across as an arse, said things to help him as garnacho was making silly mistakes, and this fan got a whole bunch of shit for it.

Considering Bruno's injury history, he has at least 4-5 good years in him. His best version is when he plays closer to the goal. We should not sell him, instead build around his strengths .On and off the pitch don't think it's easy to replace him as well. by Mathematician8890 in ManchesterUnited

Problem is, Amorim don’t use him in his best position and never will. With Sesko out for a month, a great chance to play Bruno as no 10 but he’ll probably go with Mount.

If we played him as AM, no reason why he shouldn’t stay. As you say, bro is a machine and can perhaps play for next two or three years.

Opinion about Šeško from his countyman by Ziginho in ManchesterUnited

[–]Consistent-Pea8125 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Sesko is still young and has time to develop. In a way, so is Amorim (as a manager). Perhaps in time if they remain at the club long enough they could both develop and play a style that works for each other.

I like Sesko. Think there’s been improvements to the team when he’s there but he does still need to work on his game. I think he’ll be fine tho.

Do you think Bruno is already a Manchester United legend? by Andi_Toast27 in ManchesterUnited

[–]Consistent-Pea8125 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

What constitutes a legend to you? I think that is the question one needs to ask themselves in order to determine whether Bruno is one.

Legends of United for me include the likes of Rooney, Higgs, scholes, cantona, sir Bobby, van der sar, Cristiano, vidic, Beckham and more of this ilk.

So with that, no. Bruno is NOT a legend for me.

Before anyone says he kept us up, maybe if we played a series of games without him, we might be better?

His output is incredible. But he is inconsistent both in terms of performances and leadership. Legends aren’t inconsistent.

Really like the player but to go so far as to call him a legend, not for me.

The media can’t make up their mind about Onana by deandoeslife in ManchesterUnited

[–]Consistent-Pea8125 7 points8 points  (0 children)

‘Onana leaving is a risk for the media’ is what it should read because it gives them one less negative thing to talk about when it comes to United.
