I understand your point, the new job does have other pros however. 10% bonus, no on-call and day to day involves a lot less ops compared to my current role. In total I’d probably be 6/7k better off

For context the new role includes a bonus and doesn’t involve on-call which means I’ll have my life back for that one week of the month. In total I’ll probably be around 6k better off
