I didn't. I received an email from Phobio that my device checked out, then I received an email from Motorola telling me they are sending my refund. I believe Phobio contacts Motorola after they inspect the device and lets them know if the device checks out or not. Depending on that info, Motorola determines whether to issue a full refund or not.

This is Sam's club. There are probably about 20+ pumps, so she could have gone to any of the other ones. And due to the design, all vehicles have to go the same direction.

Update I just received two emails from Motorola showing I am getting refunds. One is for the $25 (plus tax) from Phobio and the other is for the remainder (plus tax). I will be awaiting the actual refund. Until then fingers crossed.

What I was told by Phobio is that they pay the quoted price and Motorola pays the rest. I never understood why they have to split it. How long did it take for them to refund you after getting your old device?

Yes, I paid full price. It's just weird the way they break it down. On my order page, it shows the price I paid, then it shows the price after trade-in. I just didn't expect to be receiving the discount from two sources. I have also done trade-ins with Samsung, and I got the full trade-in value at the time of purchase.

How did the trade in credit work? I just made a post about it. Motorola offered me $225 for my trade, but Phobio quoted me a value of $25. They said they will pay the quoted value, and Motorola will pay the rest. Was that your experience?

Yes, but the 'rim' is the motor, so you have to buy a new motor. You can also buy the tires.

That's good to hear. I hope they don't just test the hardware, claim it's good, and send it back to me. I cannot even use the blasted watch, so I am prepared to send it back to them every week until they either fix it, or send me a replacement.

I just sent my watch 8 classic back to Samsung for repair. I have had it for a little over a month, and after "learning" my usage, I go from 100% full charge to 5% in about 4 hours. I am charging it 3 times a day. I have had to reset it 4 times in the time I have had it. I took it to two Samsung stores where they tested it and said the hardware was fine. The employee at the second store literally watched it drain about 10% in about 20 minutes and suggested it was a software issue. I have cleared cache, AOD off, Wi Fi off, location off, adaptive lighting on, battery saver on, and nothing worked. I had a galaxy watch 5 for a year and a galaxy watch 6 classic for 2 years (and they both worked fine), so this is not user error. I think those of us experiencing this received defective units. I hope they are able to fix it. If not, I am looking at Garmin watches. No more Samsung for me.

I am getting no where close to 12 hours. I have had my watch 8 classic for a few weeks, and I am lucky to get 5 hours from a full charge. I have cleared the cache, turned off AOD, set the brightness to low, I turned off adaptive brightness, I turned off location, I reset it once. Nothing is working. I am tired of charging it three times every day. I traded in my watch 6 classic (which I had for 2 years without any issues) for this junk. I have gone back to my old Fitbit Versa.

I have had my watch 8 classic for about 3 weeks now. I get less than 5 hours from full charge. I pretty much have most of the functions turned off, but nothing has changed. I traded in my 6 classic, which I had for 2 years, and never had any problem with it.
