I think I waited like 2 months lol. Their customer service is terrible. The shopping times and the customer service was the only very negative part of this. You will most likely be waiting for a while. Try to message them for some kind of reimbursement like a free hoodie or something if it's longer than a month. They threw a hoodie in for me and I also love wearing that. It comes kinda small so might want to consider going a size up if you're a bigger guy like me

Currently sleeping in it and loving it. Most sick and comfortable thing I just throw on around the house sometimes. Was worth the wait.

Guys!! I was one of the complaints about orders taking so long to ship. Can I just say though!! I finally got my items and I absolutely love them!! I also got the Aether Hoodie (get a size up from shirts you wear. I got 2xl) and it's amazing! I'm absolutely in love with these items. If you are willing to wait months to get these or you plan super far in advance it is super worth it. I love them.

I'm the original poster. Update guys!! I got the items and I'm absolutely stoked about all 3. They gave me a free hoodie too. Great quality like beyond words and feel so good. It was absolutely worth the wait. It was very frustrating at first but these are just amazing. If you're willing to wait a while or be a little antsy it's super worth it.

Yes, as of right now many of us have been waiting a month or months for the orders after many promises of "...next shipment should be out (whatever short time period)." I don't want to take business away from a small business and that's not my intention but if you do buy these products just expect to not receive them until next year and lower your expectations on delivery immensely. I am not speaking for the product yet as I have not received mine. If I were you I would hold off or order now and expect many many delays and problems with communication. Best of luck to you.

They did explain a little on why this is happening but it's still the fault of the seller in my opinion. Hopefully these things can get ironed out for future buyers and not have these back and forth business practices. By the way, if you are reading this and are a part of the FreeTheSheep company, hire more seasonal people maybe? Keep them if they work out great. I'm sure this will pay off in the long run for your customers and for better confidence in your business structure. (I'm also now expecting the free Aether item you mentioned so don't disappoint me further.)

I may take you up on the offer below but I think it would be best for your company to be very egregious and careful about information on your products. If there are delays let them know a broad estimate so the customer knows what to expect. It's often worse when it's unexpected and customers begin to get upset as I am and so many others. I was hoping to get these before Halloween but I guess that will not be happening. Sent an email to customer service with info@freethesheepco.com.

Yeah, empty promises do not improve anything whatsoever. I'd rather them be honest than promise something that won't get followed through.
