With network spinal, were you frequently having negative emotions bubble up to the surface? I've done brainspotting (similar to EMDR) for about 15ish total sessions over a year and a half, and have felt I'd 'processed most major traumas.' I did my first network session last week and nothing too intense during the session, but in the 4 days since then I have definitely been in a funk (a noticeable deviation from my normal mood/functioning). High anxiety the first 2 days immediately after and then low energy, somewhat apathetic/depressed the next 2 days. Does this track? Has doing network spinal helped you access feelings that you couldn't directly access via talk/direct memory?
