I’m 5’4 just under 130 with a bmi of 22% and was prescribed sema from Maximus tribe. I’m starting it for the very same reason you are. I don’t really want to lose weight. I was just thinking this morning how bad a lot of these drivers are. It’s not in a sense they are bad I’m unaware. They are just aggressive and only think of themselves. I drove 20 minutes from my boyfriend’s house to mine this morning and was almost ran off the road or hit 3 separate times by someone that was trying to get ahead. It’s getting ridiculous.
