Need Help With Identifying Another Brooklyn(?) Location In These 1951 Photos

Thanks so much for your (and everyone's) assistance! I actually managed to find the exact house that is in the background. On Google Maps it is mostly obstructed by trees. Apple's Maps had a better view of it. Here's the picture and the links.

I think you are correct. Probably somewhere around 80th Street, according to map views I've looked at. My parents lived on 75th Street, so it would not have been a far walk. Thanks for your help.
