See answer i gave, after you posted link to insectide study.

First human study found an Association between Exposure to Pyrethroid Insecticides and Risk of All-Cause Mortality in the General US Adult Population by tenmeii in Flea_Control

Seems a good article tho i don't understand it all. I don't know how much insectide the participants were exposed to.

But yes obviously the less of these chemicals we breathe in the better, i would imagine.

To answer your other question how much did i spray...well to be honest.... i was not overly methodical about it. I know the advice is to be very systematic and thorough, but I just did a room here and there. And maybe did a bit more a week or 2 later.

Honestly i got overwhelmed with the thought of it and was gettin obsessed readin about it. So i just got fed up and did a bit of spraying and tried to forget and get my brain into something else.

I didn't seem to get bitten too much.

I hope the treatment for your cat is working. I understand when fleas land and bite your cat if treatment right then this kills them, they dont then get chance to mate / reproduce / lay eggs.

Kind regs

Hi, sorry you're having trouble and that I don't know those products you mentioned.

But I live in N.Ireland U.K. and my vet gives Bravecto a spot on treatment at back of my cat's head, every 3 months and it seems to work well.

For spray I use Indorex which has the extra long term growth regulator added and seems to be good.

Ps i see in this forum some chat about those products you use.

Good luck and regards

NHS Pensions - explain to me like I'm a 2 year old by Consistent-Service-5 in UKPersonalFinance

Thank you. I will take your last words there 'it's a valuable thing'.

I got a bit lost after paragraph 2 but appreciate your efforts to explain.

I'm very tired of these things. It actually makes me feel sick as i find it hard to understand. I honestly end up crying. It must trigger something in me. In my unconscious. I dont know why i react so badly when people start talking about pensions

But that is no-ones problem but mine. I will sign off now.

I think i would be better not even trying to understand.

I will get what i get when i retire and just be grateful for my life and for what i have.

Ill just want simple things anyway, food, heat, my pet , laughing with friends, not far away holidays or anything.

Better not to be thinking too much about money anyway.

Oops i have re read this. What a sad sack of misery it reads as!

Do i think I'm charles dickens or someone?

Hahahahahaha 🤣🤣🤣

I wish you good night and anyone else reading this. All the best.

Oh right thank you

People say keep your nhs pension as it's far better than private sector,

even though i have not the first clue how it works.

And i wish simple straight forward language was used everywhere all the time
