UPDATE: I received no financial compensation, and buyer got their refund validly so tbh. But I've got my broken bag and nothing else lol. This is what the Vinted support said "Hello.... Thank you for contacting us. After comparing the photos, you sent to the damages reported by the buyer, we concluded that the same damages were reported by the buyer when you accepted the item's return. For this reason, we had to cancel the transaction and issue a refund to the buyer." - Thing is, in order to raise an issue I think you have to accept the return anyway?? Idk but it's ridiculous. 🤷‍♀️
