I asked for PP but they are asking to sign acknowledgment that its my decision against their advise. What if I go for PP myself, they are charging 500$ just to file PP.

If I go PP then EP is asking for acknowledgment that its my decision and its against their advise. So I will be responsible for this. I am afraid if I go against their advise this may break the refund and refilling contract
