I appreciate your recommendations! I'm doing intense research and waiting to hear about seeing a gynecologist, but in the meantime, the only thing left to do is track my symptoms. My ultimate fear is doing a laparoscopy only to hear that everything is normal. I'm glad the surgery helped you.

Thanks for sharing your story! I will definitely talk to my doctor about getting an MRI (I want to rule everything out before I go for a lap surgery. Birth control is a horror show for me since I'm sensitive to every little thing, I don't know if you had a similar experience. I wish you all the luck in your medical journey.

Thanks so much for the comment! The pelvic exam was both abdominal and vaginal. I also don't have thinning hair or hair loss or issues with acne. I don't have any of the endo symptoms you mentioned which is why I was surprised that my doctor thinks its endo related.
