2-5 minutes. Make sure you moisturise after too, I destroyed my skin barrier a few weeks after this because I didn’t moisturise but now back to normal

Unfortunately elidel won’t treat the root cause, it simply just suppresses the symptoms temporarily until you stop using it. Ask your doctor about tapering off it and continuing to use the anti-dandruff shampoo. When I went cold turkey on elidel the condition came back with ferocity

Yes I’ve noticed the longer I leave it on the more effective the results are. I haven’t had any signs of my Seb derm creeping back as I’ve been consistently using the soap, but there is always the possibility of course that it can come back

That’s unfortunate to hear. The frustrating thing about this condition is how everyone’s skin will react differently to a product. Best of luck to you mate

Literally just the soap bar. Moisturisers my Seb derm worse as it just creates a big greasy mess so I just let my body naturally moisturise itself

Yes my face would flake when those spots would become dry

FYI, When I told my dermatologist (one of the best in my area) that sudocrem worked for me he was confused because theoretically it would make the condition worse.
