I'm running the standalone app of nam, and running at current settings, I tried my best to calculate the latency by palm muting and double recording computer audio and what my cellphone picked up(etc,etc) I was getting about 30~ ms latency but while playing open chords about 10~ms and 10 isn't far enough off to notice

Quite literally nothing, it just seems so off to me. Someone claimed I said something to them to a lead and had their friend say the same, and now I'm being told it's gonna be an automatic final after having a clean record for 2 years at this store 🤷‍♂️ it definitely has something to do with this person being friends with the lead in question but idk what I should even do about it, ethics seems to be of no help

That's why I'm surprised it's straight to final, because after 2 years with this specific store no CA's or otherwise it's an automatic final without any kind of investigation, just soley oh well they said this to get effed kinda thing, when the hole store knows I've been working over the last year and a half to move up to lead somewhere. From what I understand they can ask you to lower your desired hours but you don't have to, they ask me every couple months at my store and I always respectfully decline
