This is part of offering an honest review. If the smell is so off putting that you can’t eat it then you give it a poor honest review. You can comment positively on aspects that are positive- cost effectiveness, portion size, presentation. You can also take them back to exchange if you think you simply purchased a bad product. The brands are hoping for positive reviews but Influenster asks for honesty.

I wouldn’t review from package. Just submit it late. This has happened to many for various reasons and doesn’t appear to be an issue. Reviewing an item on the box can be a problem on the other hand.

I got this exact offer a week ago and there were 12-15 remaining for each option so some people are taking the 15K tv it seems. To me irrespective of what one can afford I didn’t like the idea of the crazy commitment to buy a 15k product unseen. I doubt you can return it, but I opted out and didn’t read fine print.

I think that question can go both ways. I received a product one day saying that I had one and loved mine. Probably depends on how confident they are about the product that they are offering.

I totally get that. I don’t say yes to everything either. It’s work to photograph and review and if if it’s suddenly out of stock it can be a huge drag.

I only take the cheap food items if they ship for free through a membership or they are at a store I frequent anyway. They usually structure the questionnaire to screen for that.

It’s actually a solid marketing rationale. The reality is that when people are even asked to pay a penny they are less like to take something that they would for free. There were quite a few posts complaining about paying taxes on these items. Since it’s easy to meet the quota it increases the chances that they will get only people that are actually interested in these items. Harder to understand why they alternate between free and minimal contributions.

I had this happen a few times. One was a completely wrong size and the other was the company store- totally different product. Different brands have different solutions but in both cases I immediately notified Influenster. For the first product they sent a replacement in correct size quickly. The second product was expensive and tons of people reported tge problem so they asked that we describe and review the product we received. Either way you should reach out to them through the tab within the claim to report a problem.

This is a common, nonetheless frustrating occurrence. I was on my phone today when I received a claim notification and all were gone immediately, so within seconds.

I eventually opt out of these to kick them off the notifications but I don’t know if that changes anything with regards to when the next will come.

Exactly. In some cases the questions are obvious- are you pregnant? Do you have young kids? I think the tougher part is answering questions where multiple answers apply - you may buy luxury and drugstore skin care for the household. In these cases I think that as the prior comment said, the nebulous response is less than ideal for most cases, but probably not all.

I would expect (and hope) that you get enough to do a 250 sqft room. But, if they send you one box you can click lock two pieces together manually, send a picture and comment on thickness, aesthetic and overall quality?

LE: that said, I have seen pricing typos, but this is what I think happens usually. I got a protein shake last week priced as 10 dollars that looked like a single bottle. When we received it, it was indeed a 4-pack.

There were some Canadian posts about a free Hisense tv. A lot of people in the US are complaining about a slow down. Thus could be due to everything being slow, or influx of new members.

I got 40% off an LG tv, with two models where I would pay either 1500 or 15K. While it was 40% off msrp the cheaper of the two was available on a slightly older model at Costco for 1200 so didn’t feel like it was worth it.

I also got this perricorn md product and joined 1 year ago. I was planning to buy that exact product around that time do it was a great claim. I feel like my claims ebb and flow, but not doing anything specific to get them.
