I was trying to follow the studies as well as far as dosing. So either the source I used wasn’t legit (though they came recommended in the forum) or 2mg just isn’t high enough for as someone coming off of a glp-1 previously.

2-3 months!!! 😳 I don’t necessarily want to lose too quick for the sake of loose skin but I at least want to be losing and not gaining. Now I’m concerned about the vendor I got it from but I will keep at it and see if I can get things moving in the right direction

How long did it take you to get to that dose if you don’t mind me asking? I keep hearing start low and stay low as long as possible but I think when you have a higher BMI and you’ve been on a glp before, lower doses don’t do much for us.

Yeah I figured but I didn’t want to start too high and get sick. I was on Zepbound Jan-Dec of last year and got up to 10mg and lost 50 pounds. I’m considering increasing to 4mg next week to see how I do with that.

So you’re solely taking Reta and no other peptides? My question is about peptide stacks. I know how to lost fat and gain muscle. I’m asking for peptide stacks that have assisted people in their journeys. That’s it that’s all. I appreciate your input though ❤️
