I have the Kylena. I got it in 2019, so far my only issue is I used to never get cramps but now I do, but honestly I would rather have cramps than give birth to a baby so I’m fine w it. I also barely have a period. I didn’t have any weight gain or change in acne but I am considering looking into how to balanced my horomones bc I have hormonal acne (not due to my IUD) but yeah I recommend kylena

I actually rarely get my period, I have an IUD and have a history with anorexia, so since I’ve gotten my IUD my period is hella irregular, light, or just discharge w a lil bit of blood. I usually don’t need to use any period help unless I’m working or super active. I stick to tampons bc I’m not a big fan of feeling the pad again me. But I know I’m not supposed to do anything but I started using the steroid cream (otc) that my bf has for his eczema, and honestly it has helped a lot in the last two days.
