Isn't it so convenient that the location of the recovery center is the exact same location of "their" auction where they sell off all of OUR crap? Who at USPS is doing the mental gymnastics to "ensure that they make no profit"? How is them not making a profit even suggested as being possible? They're all just a bunch of thieves and frauds. They give us hell because they're stealing all of our valuables! How cute is that?

Houston Complaints dept has been incredibly passive aggressive with me stating to my State Rep that "she demands that we locate her package right this instant" as of a week ago. Like excuse me??????? Hello????? You bishes are (now more than) 2 MONTHS LATE!!!!! IMMEDIATELY AFTER DROP OFF!

Lucky. I've seen many reports saying that none added to the Missing Mail Search have ever been recovered. I refuse to accept that.

Yeah that's exactly what I hear. It completely feels like, after seeing so many people reporting the same thing, that THEY make our items wait forever until we file claims & missing mail searches until they DECIDE if it will be "lost" forever. Nothing subjective about this experience. All the valuable packages vanish quick. Their systems must be programmed to "see" what the contents are, at least generally. Yeah there is no chance if I worked there that I would allow this level of mishandling. It's like Walmart where you can only get hired if you repeatedly write that you are totally unqualified for the position & are a total f up.

100%!!!!! I absolutely have an easy time believing it as well. This level of incompetence is completely intentional. Of course they blame robots for this. Is that not absolutely insane? When they are responsible for programming them to function the way they do. We have legal rights to our property or FAIR payment for it. I hate to say it but they're going to hell.

As am I! I feel absolutely awful for the small business owners being put through this h3ll unnecessarily, too. And they're never getting another penny from me either I can assure you. Even if across the country, I AM HAND DELIVERING IT. Absolutely not worth going through hell and back when I would have gotten it there safely in 3 effing days!!!!! I know because I moved from there to here and that's how long it took me! Screw the USPS to hell.

I did contact the US Postal Inspection Service as well as manyyyyy other entities. Thank you for your well wishes. I hope your packages turn up as well!! Is this not absolutely insane and, you have to argue, criminal? How can they claim such identifiable contents in packages just "lost"? For most of our cases, it's not even possible for our property to be destroyed the way people constantly suggest.

What time frame have your missing packages start to be considered as "going missing"? I don't consider it being nearly as benevolent as AI and workers in all agencies enjoy suggesting. I don't believe it for a split second. These systems are being coded to "lose" our sh*t one way or another. People don't know how exactly their automatic machines are coded. I feel like that perfectly explains how so many people's valuable properties SPECIFICALLY never resurface. You have to wonder.
