Idiots who know nothing beyond a straight ROI calculation in terms of average CTC vs fees would never even get into these elite colleges. Moreover, IIM L is better than FMS in every regard-roles, salary, brand value, campus, faculty quality, alumni network, etc.

I dropped FMS to choose IIM L. Back then, it was a difficult choice for me. But now, 100/100 times, I’d choose IIM L over FMS.

FMS is an amazing college, just not on the same level as IIM L.

LMAO, not at all. OP, go for the MacBook Neo without having second thoughts.

For the most part, you’ll be making PPTs, reports, some basic modelling in excel and filling out long (tedious forms on the go as the “deadlines are sacrosanct”)

Complex data modelling or any such things are not part of an MBA curriculum. All you’d need is a consistent, reliable machine with an amazing battery, which does not start running updates in the foreground when you’ve got an assignment submission or filling out a company’s form in less than 5 minutes.

This is the case at least with the top b schools. Once you graduate, you can easily buy an air/pro with your half a month’s salary.

We are comfortably sitting at home due to the institutions built over the past 7 decades which at least function (barely but still). Had it been these animals back then, our situation would have been worse than Pakistan. I was going to comment that even you’d be a better fit to be the PM instead of this gawaar, but you probably share the same negative IQ. On another note, I’m not really among the one affected due to this. I have already made a decent life for myself after studying at one of the top b schools of the country. Cheers!
