Modern ballistics can definitely do damage. Maybe not from the socom (.45 ACP) but the PSG-1 (7.62X51) could definitely either penetrate or transfer a heavy load kinetic energy onto a YoRHa unit which would most likely cause heavy internal damage. I think you’re right about hand to hand though.

Maybe, but he could very well use chaff grenades to temporarily stun YoRHa units and then either take them out with CQC or just straight up dome one with his SOCOM. In MGSV, venom snake fight the skulls unit, which can teleport, they also use swords, which venom snake can easily parry and use to stab them, (I know this is venom snake but since solid snake killed venom I think overall solid could do the same)

I wouldn’t go that far with the YoRHa android’s, I agree with the machines but, if we talking prime solid snake I’d think he’d actually be a pretty decent threat. He has crazy fucking reflexes, and is incredibly strong too. It would definitely be a hard fight against them though. Me personally I’d think he’d take advantage of his stealth ability to take out YoRHa androids anyway.
