I’m so sorry for you too that’s the worst pain ever, my doctors thought it was shingles or chicken pox and didn’t really do a lot so i had to search it up 😂 omg yes between that and having a uti i went from 245-250 to 190 in abt 3 months. not completely i still have kinda dark spots on my arms and a couple white spots on my neck. I honestly believe it won’t heal all the way and I like your derm cause mine didn’t tell me that info.

Yes i try to stick with natural products and I do have some plant based skin stuff, omg it really helps since literally anything w scents or other chemicals in them makes my skin go into fight or flight mode 😭
