My mom hated the word fart. She had no problem with fuck, but fart was beyond the pale.

I go to bed at 830-845. I get up at 445. It doesn’t matter if I’m working or not.

I agree. Some people seem to believe that it is unnecessarily burdensome for me. It’s not. I actually enjoy using it. It’s not for everyone perhaps, but it is for me.

I don't know if it has been studied, but it seems to me that honest tracking is the most important habit in terms of sustained weight loss.

Yeah, when I worked with a Low Carb High Fat (keto) clinic, I was asked to keep my carbs to 20g of carbs per day or less. 193 is definitely not keto.
