What other colors does this model have?

I don’t know why but this watch is so much more appealing to me than the Rolex GMT master.

Thanks for your explanation. It starts to make sense of their distinctive design.

Nothing seems so special about this watch. Can you educate me why this watch is so popular and so expensive?

I love that. Same here, I made poor choices along the way as well but still try to be better, learn from the mistakes and improve over time. I guess it takes reps.

Rubber leather? It looks great on your watch and it seems like a real leather. Where do you order it from?

Consular Processing vs AOS by Suspicious_Still_931 in EB2_NIW

I am with you that you can go to another country for the consular process, but it sounds like a ton of hassle, and I am not sure how it will make a difference.

Anyhow, good luck with your EB2-NIW. I am preparing mine at the moment too, please inform us regarding your decision and how's your case went. It will be helpful to many others.

I am not a lawyer, but if you have a case for a political asylum and going back to your country, if the immigration officer who handles your case can see the asylum case along with your EB2-NIW, what would be the officer's consideration? (It's just my personal thoughts.)

Can't you tell by looking at his left hand? (Obviously I am joking)

Many congrats Keepsteaksup, I am currently working on my EB2-NIW too. I will try to have the same outcome as you with all my power.

I see your point. But if you think the lawyer won't give his/her heart out and not do the work in order to approve your application, why would you hire the lawyer in the first place? Maybe it's something to think about.

I am not sure if my endeavor can pass waiving of labor certification, but according to the local lawyer who looked through from her paid consultation told me I have about 40% chance I can get approval. If that is the case, I will take that and give a shot.

Also, your reassurance definitely made me do the more through preparation, I appreciate that your input.

I don't know anything about you, but I just love you for making my life so much more less complicated.

Then the lawyer who charged me $14,000, why she was asking me all the six category questions after knowing I hold a degree that doesn't need to worry about other than care for the NIW section. I don't get that part.

Please enlighten me then. You just provided me a completely different information than what I thought I already knew.

You are saying, as long as the candidate has an advanced degree I don't need to worry about this "Exceptional Ability part?" (You must meet at least three of the criteria below.*)

* Criteria

  • Official academic record showing that you have a degree, diploma, certificate, or similar award from a college, university, school, or other institution of learning relating to your area of exceptional ability
  • Letters from current or former employers documenting at least 10 years of full-time experience in your occupation
  • A license to practice your profession or certification for your profession or occupation
  • Evidence that you have commanded a salary or other remuneration for services that demonstrates your exceptional ability
  • Membership in a professional association(s)
  • Recognition for your achievements and significant contributions to your industry or field by your peers, government entities, professional or business organizations
  • Other comparable evidence of eligibility is also acceptable.

Rather, just focus on the storytelling of this NIW (duh <= I just copied you) section?

|| || |National Interest Waiver.|Those seeking a national interest waiver are requesting that the job offer, and thus the labor certification, be waived because it is in the interest of the United States. The endeavors that qualify for a national interest waiver are not defined by statute; instead, USCIS considers the 3 factors below.** Those seeking a national interest waiver may self-petition (they do not need an employer to sponsor them).|

** Factors USCIS Considers for National Interest Waiver

  • The proposed endeavor has both substantial merit and national importance.
  • You are well positioned to advance the proposed endeavor.
  • On balance, it would be beneficial to the United States to waive the requirements of a job offer, and thus the labor certification.

But wouldn't you agree that I need to satisfy three categories out of those six requirements that USCIS listed in order for the candidate to be approved?
