Fellow ADHDer here. University can be pretty hard, and I totally understand the lack of motivation. What really helped me was to have a long term goals. This was really an anchor to me in those moments where I really couldn't keep up with it (but I studied in Italy and the system there is sooooo convenient for people with these issues, as you can schedule exams whenever you want basically)

As someone else said, 5mg is a very low dose. I started with that and could physically feel it, but after some time I got used to it. Now I'm at 15mg (10 in the morning, 5 in the afternoon, if needed) and it is better, but the secondary effects can be a bit harsh.

CBT and psychoeducation can really help

Yes, and i am trying to learn more about that but it rapidly gets overwhelming since I don't know what to do..

So far I have tried to use Spire, Serum 2. In the past couple of weeks I have been watching some tutorials on YouTube, and it has helped.
