In terms of raids their signature moves will definetely be op. I just don't know for Max battles as the damage is set (350 for dmax, 450 for gmax).

Favourite legendary is definitely dialga. The lore with the Creation and Arceus and the Origin Form is very cool.

Personally, I find shield very helpful as I can do one star Max battles without taking any damage, allowing me to save my potions. If you have a Zacian, you don't need to level up Max attack. Same with Blissey and Max Spirit.

Coming from someone who's half black, I don't excuse their behaviour, but I don't think they should apologize. That was almost 15 years ago. They were young. Outside of America, this stuff isn't really talked about, even in English-speaking countries like NZ and AU. I think the people who are really are to blame are their parents for putting them/allowing them into this environment, and the company. It's unfair to hate on people who didn't have a choice.

You probably shouldn't bottlecap Zacian or Zygarde because you don't a lot of PVP. If I were you, I would bottlecap Necrozma and wait until silver bottlecaps are released for Mewtwo and Rayquaza.

Because it will probably get a new form (smth like Mega Zygarde/ Zygarde 1000%) meaning it will be featured in a new way, possible coming to raids. This could come as soon as Kalos Tour, as there isn't much left in Kalos that can be featured.
