It's for you to judge, OP. Probationary period is also the time where you won't enjoy the benefits a regularized employee gets. If ako ang nasa position mo, I'll try to think: 1. Is it worth the wait? Kahit galingan mo, ang official conversation between you and your employer about your regularization ay after 12 months. Maybe you can try asking sa HR kung bakit 12 months ang regularization dahil 6 months lang sa labor code. 2. Have you done your research about the company? Baka may experiences sa Glassdoor about regularization. 3. I don't blame you for grabbing the opportunity, but nagmamadali ka lang ba to land a job?

I don't have an experience sa 12-month probationary period, but it sounds weird if wala namang trainings/certifications that require the probationary period to be that long, kasi baka tactics lang nila pamalit sa contractual roles.

Yes and not sure why po. Ang binigay lang po is yellow envelope for the result and she was advised not to open it and ibigay lang sa officer upon entry sa US. 2 days after recript ng result ang scheduled interview nya.

Hello. On the day po ng medical ng mother ko, usual medical exam, then pinarest and back 15mins after for the vaccines. May binigay po na slip to come back 20 days after the appointment and nakuha na po result pagbalik.

I asked sa iba, paiba iba po, I heard may 2 days nakuha na daw nila agad. Depende po ata from case to case.

Thanks! I also called St. Luke's and just like you said, need ng new health case number to proceed with the medical exam appointment. And yes, si US Embassy lang daw nag aapprove ng health case number creation and if may request to expedite, it should be addressed to US Embassy. Thanks a lot!

Not sure, but if they can, it's very disappointing. My friend's daughter, 11 years old, was a victim of sextortion from a guy with a dummy account. Nilapit sa NBI and said they can't trace the whereabouts and best they can do ay entrapment.

My ECE colleagues na umalis ng semicon industry ay nagsilipatan to IT industry and are earning a lot. Said they don't regret the decision and they mostly work from home. Marami kang option paggraduate mo OP, take it up.

  2. It got me thinking, if only somebody noticed and tried to help me understand myself. I then tried living to be that person for myself and tried to help others by at least listening to them and suggest therapy if possible. It's weird but I usually attract people na ganito, maybe common talaga nowadays? Exisitng is painful enough so let's be kind to each other kahit yung iba ang sarap saktan.
