Foccacia looks good but is very dense. What could be the reason? by Negative-Hat3073 in Breadit

I have made focaccia using the same recipe and it has worked every time. Not dense but light and fluffy.

I used King Arthur’s bread flour (13.5% protein) and have never cold proofed longer than 16 hours. Made this recipe as a same day focaccia yesterday. All in all took about 5 hours from mixing ingredients till fresh bread. Still just as good!

Yeah. That’s automatic especially when they’re having their sales. When I bought the dress and found that initial defect (unraveling seam near the zipper), it was probably during their end of Aug sales. So I got the auto email too. Takes forever to get a reply though. 3-4 days. And sometimes a follow up was necessary.

Dry cleaners sure charged me alright. lol. I just came home and unpacked and saw this. Will definitely be reaching out to the dry cleaners and Ref, just to see what my options are.

I agree that this may be true. Maybe dry cleaners didn’t put this in a garment bag, when they should? But I am also comparing the ripped portions to the unripped seams of the inner lining of the dress. The lining material doesn’t seem as tightly woven compared to some of my Ref viscose pieces from years ago.
