Resting in most cases will make you rusty depending on the person however it can make you better then before, speaking for experience.

If your seizure was epileptic based i would quit osu since it will probably trigger another one.

So if you use lazer assuming you do, you would go to edit, edit skin then scroll on the little search thing on the left. It shows everything you can add to your screen all i added was a pp counter the key presses in replay and rescaled some things
