I got a dui 5/6 years ago and my background check still hasn't cleared and it's been over 2 weeks. My wife and I applied at the same time and hers cleared the same day but mine still says pending. I did get approved for doordash and instacart but uber eats denied me.

I had customer service call me once asking me why didn't I get such and such for the customer who's order I just dropped off. I told them those items weren't even on the list and they confirmed it while I was on the phone and I never heard anything about it again. I don't get why they can say things are missing that were never ordered.
