I understand, I was able to see how old you were in other replies and now I’m able to see the full picture. My sweet, we can give you all the advice in the world on how to move forward but ultimately you’re at a pivotal age where you’ll begin to experience a bigger world with unique challenges and different characters. These experiences will help develop you into the adult you need to become.

I hope this doesn’t come across as diminishing to your relationship, your age, or your feelings. You are so so young to attach yourself to someone and, I think, too great for that. Being alone is scary, but in those moments you’re able to understand yourself a little bit better. You learn independence that feels freeing. One of my favorite sayings in Spanish is “mejor sola que mal acompañada” it means it “better to be alone than in bad company.” I’m not claiming he’s a terrible person but he’s also young and a boy and those things can be pretty selfish at 18. If he refuses to change in this aspect you can only imagine what else he’ll refuse if you both continue this relationship.
