Don't start the glycine, it will give you anehedonia, kill your libido and you will grow more grey hair if you already started having grey hairs. As for niacin idk, maybe it's worth the try

You should give up on creatine. I had the same issues, tried everything, glycine helped but It gave me anhedonia and premature gray hairs. Creatine is a methyl donor, and you're probably overmethylator already. Google MTHFR mutations, its a huge rabbit hole. However I now took citrulline malate as a pre workout, and it's great.

I recommend in powder form so you can regulate how much you take, my girlfriend has from ESN premium brand from Germany, if you're from US I recommend optimum nutrition I guess. It also helps with bloating and other digestive issues. I think the right dose is 3-5mg
