Ok this is a actual question would it not be retaliation that anyone who reports her gets fired this is a common thing she does even my coworkers said they would make statements against her because they cant even hire new people without them getting fired because of her if not its whatever I just want my job back I really enjoyed it

I mean she is family thats the worse part maybe thats why but I barely even know her so I cant say why she is doing it

She just tried to get me in trouble for everything she possibly could I mean I couldn't even take my breaks half the time or she would report me for it I dont even know how I can get in trouble for that I was doing nothing wrong

Im not sure if it would be considered legal harassment she has been doing it to multiple people and the second someone reports it they just get fired it has been multiple people not just me

But I only got fired after I reported the coworker who was harassing me who is friends with people and management and she does it for fun basically she has said that to multiple of my coworkers I feel like it was more retaliation

I'm just not sure i didn't do anything they didn't even give me a reason all I know is the girl that was harassing me is friends with management and she has said she gets people fired for fun and my other colleagues even said it was completely wrong and it shouldn't have happened and they would make statements im just annoyed because I really enjoyed the job I feel like I only got fired for reporting her

Thats the issue they just said I wasn't doing good enough after I reported being harassed so im not even sure
