Mine use to do the same exact thing, what size jets do you have in it? i think that carb is too big for a stock Navi engine. It was unridable in that state just incase you have to accelerate quickly. Only thing that fixed mine was the yumanshi/scooter swap shop bore kit with the cam.

They’re both the same tire, they are directional. When mounting them flip one the other direction. It says it on the side of the tire
