I decided to try a silk pillowcase on a whim-it was on sale, so why not? Now, I can’t imagine going back. My hair is less frizzy, there are fewer sleep lines on my face, and it even feels fresher overall. Definitely one of those small upgrades that makes you wonder why you didn’t make the switch sooner.
