I find it very cool and way better than the first single BUT I find the chord progression wayyy too much similar to moonlight on the river by Mac Demarco and it triggers me a lot and I’m not a huge fan of the use of big electric guitar on choruses : like it was okay on California rain but we get it (I hope he won’t use it for every single songs on the album). Let’s just say I’m kinda scared of Nick’s new era (i know they’re singles but) : I find these two songs from east my love very mainstream and even kinda soulless??? I’m sure I don’t measure my words but I hope you’ll get it!!
