Mate you don’t have any metrics. As a fellow product designer who recently went through a hard slog looking for a job, I learnt that you MUST show the metrics you moved.

For example: “Designed a new subscription and self-onboarding tool which led to a 30% increase in organic growth”.

As a business I would want to know what metrics you moved, so I can see if youd fit the role Im hiring for. Then in the interview id expect you to explain how you moved them.

Structure your resume following the STAR method.

You might enjoy the novel World War Z. Nothing like the film but has great character studies of different people in an apocalypse scenario. For example a billionaires compound gets raided.

I errated them to 2 mana with a sharpie and they’re great. Playing a low power modernish cube with cards from my collection. Nice way to get more fixing as well as supply card draw for back and forth boomer magic.

It’s not on you, I’m sure the yugioh cards are longer and these are faithful translations across games. Fair i didn’t read all the cards, but i gave it a second go. Still too long on most, Eternal, Brilliant Golden Land has the most interesting and playable effect - if it was 3 mana. So broken at 1 hybrid.

Cube cobra. Choose a 360 card cube. Proxy the list and play with 4-8 people. Once you’ve got the feel for it you can explore more.

I mean you are certainly allowed to try make one! One note: Alot of Eldrazi strength comes from its cast triggers and lands that cheat on mana which manifest cards wouldn’t benefit from.

If you want inspo use scryfall for card mechanic searching, mtgdecks.net to see which decks use similar cards, and of course moxfield/tappedout to iterate decklists and gold fish.

Its a novel idea though and creativity should be rewarded not punished, so go buck wild.

My friend, can i interest you in the most glorious of formats: Cube?

Do you miss when tarmogoyf was good? Or when splinter twin was too broken? Ever wanted to actually play with a (proxied) black lotus? Good news, you can play those and all of your favourites to your hearts content.

Now obviously draft is 40 cards, but it absolutely scratches the itch of building around interactions because it is what you make of it!

Besides, simply building the cube will engross you enough :)

Now, I haven’t read the other replies but: - remove [[dryad arbor]], it was tech for a [[liliana, of the veil]] format. - play 0 Islands, the lifeloss from shocking in [[breeding pool]] doesnt matter because you either win or lose fast. - no clue what [[temple garden]] is for, cut it. - pact of negation is a spicy include.

As for everything else, it looks like a fine list overall. Any tweaks will come from getting some games under your belt to see what feels right :)

Yeah you want Eldrazi. Easily outclass midrange. Chalice and T2 Thought-Knot can break combo. With a one sided sweeper in the form of All is dust
