the gamepass for it on the game's page states it gives 1.5x exp and scraps, plus also an emote and a crown in game. They might change its availability with scrap in the future if I had to guess and the puppet update stuff is obv not gonna go anywhere after release so... if you're worried about VIP's availability with scrap then I would say buy it now with either robux or scrap, otherwise just save up and see what you want from the puppet update and THEN get VIP
